Why I Do This Work

For years, I squeezed myself hard, trying to meet the standards I’d set while growing up.

I’d always been ambitious, but adulthood turned out to be a boss battle I wasn’t prepared for.

As a corporate analyst, I pushed through stress, illness, and pressure until my body and mind began to give way. I tried to fix myself, improve myself, and discipline myself into becoming someone new. Nothing changed until I returned to the conditions my body actually needed: rhythm, rest, nature, truth, and gentleness.

That return changed everything.

I retrained as a Naturopathic Practitioner and Herbalist and rebuilt my life from the ground up. Now I help others come home to themselves in the same way — slowly, naturally, and without distortion.

My truth was found in a compost heap and ancient texts.

The Bloom Model

Returning Wild follows a simple truth: the body leads, the identity follows. When the nervous system is overwhelmed, the self contracts. When the biology returns to natural rhythm, the self blossoms.

There are three layers

1. Biological Restoration

Nervous-system repair, circadian rhythm, evolutionary physiology, sensory balance, nature rhythm, deep rest.

2. Identity Integration

Peeling back conditioned layers, rebuilding self-trust, re-inhabiting the truth of who you are.

3. Soul Expression

The metaphysical layer. Purpose, belonging, meaning. The feeling of “being yourself again.”
